너바나의 정규 2집 Nevermind의 13번째 트랙.
'Something in the Way'가 끝난 후 10분간 정적이 흐르고 나오는 히든 트랙이다. 이 곡은 'Lithium'을 녹음할 때 커트가 기타 피크를 제대로 잡지 못해서 낙담하고 기타를 스튜디오 바닥에 내동댕이쳤는데, 그 상황에서 녹음 담당자가 이 기분 그대로 녹음을 한번 하자고 해서 만들어진 곡으로 강렬한 노이즈 록 트랙이다. 라이브에서는 주로 마지막 곡으로 연주되며 멤버들의 악기 해체쇼가 동반된다.
