Lactophilia락토필리아는 모유에 대해 성적으로 흥분하거나 선호하는 성도착증이다.
2. 상세
단순히 모유에 성적 흥분을 느낀다고만 써두면 유부녀에 모에하는 덕후들이라는 느낌을 확 풍기지만, 이 단어는 유부녀가 아니라 모유에 초점이 맞추어져 있다. 즉, 자신에게서 나오는 모유도 포함. 사실 락토필리아는 남자보다 여자가 더 많은 편이다.일부러 임신해서 모유를 나오게 하여 성욕을 충족시키는 경우 외에도 약물의 부작용을 이용하여 나오게 하거나, 국내에는 많이 알려지지 않은 방법이지만 임신하지 않고 모유가 나오게끔 유도하는 인위적 모유 분비 유도(Induced lactation)가 있다. 만약 자신이 모유는 먹고 싶은데 임신은 하지 않고 싶다면 이 방법이 가장 좋은 방법에 속한다. 약물의 부작용을 이용하다가 약물에 쩔어 버릴 위험이 없기 때문이다.

전술했듯 맛이 비릿하게 느껴질 수도 있기에, 어느 정도 모유를 짜내서 물젖을 뺀 후, 참젖을 마시는 것도 맛있게 모유수유를 받을 수 있는 방법 중 하나다. 이 부분도 전술했듯, 물젖에는 수분 함량이 높아 비릿하고, 참젖에는 영양분이 다량 함유 되어있어서 단맛이 강하게 난다.
모유 수유는 대부분의 현대 국가에서 아기를 키우기 위해 보장되어야 하는 당연한 권리이자 일종의 성역으로 취급되기에, 여성의 유방을 노출하는 것이라도 모유 수유가 그 목적이면 검열되지 않는다. 유튜브에서도 모유 수유 관련 영상은 여성의 유방이 노출됨에도 연령 제한이 걸리지 않는다. 이런 허점을 이용해서, 미모의 여성이 맨가슴을 꺼내 유축기 사용법을 시연하는 영상을 모유 수유 교육 영상으로 포장해서 업로드하는 채널들이 있다. 도저히 산모로는 보이지 않는, 수상할 정도로 아름답게 꾸민 여성이 미소를 띈 채 젖도 나오지 않는 자기 가슴을 주무르며 유축기를 쓰는 것이 교육 목적으로는 보이지 않으며, 수상할 정도로 높은 조회수에 댓글은 대부분이 섹드립이고 채널 설명에는 본인의 온리팬스 링크 등이 걸려있다. 즉 사실상 성인물 제작자들의 합법적 홍보 수단으로 쓰이는 것이다. 그러나 위키피디아에서 복붙한 수유법에 대한 설명 자막이 붙어있다는 이유로 연령제한 없이 접근할 수 있는 일종의 사각지대로 남아있다.

락토필리아 다수가 암묵적으로 지키고 있는 룰이 있는데 유튜브에서 '모유'를 절대 검색하지 않는 것이다. 이유는 유튜브에서 나오는 모유에 관련된 영상은 대부분 어머니들이 아이에게 모유수유를 행하는 영상들이고, 어머니들이 행하는 모유수유는 신성 불가침의 영역으로 여겨지고 있기 때문이다.여성 락토필리아들은 BL에서 수에게 모유가 나오는 장면를 선호한다.
