Bite By Night의 살인마 중 하나.

모티브는 Five Nights at Freddy's 시리즈의 스프링트랩이자, 윌리엄 애프튼이다.

2. 인게임 정보

2.1. 능력

평타
휘두르기 Swing 도끼/주먹을 휘두른다. 도끼가 있다면 34의 피해, 도끼가 없으면 28의 피해를 입힌다.
	쿨타임: 2.4초
	썩은 자가 전방으로 약간 돌진하며 도끼를, 도끼가 없으면 주먹을 휘두른다. 범위 안에 있는 생존자에게 34의 피해를, 도끼가 없으면 28의 피해를 입힌다. 사용 후에는 잠시 이동 속도가 느려진다. 도끼 상태의 히트박스는 더 짧게 지속되고 더 넓다. 주먹 상태의 히트박스는 더 길게 지속되고 더 짧다. 사용 시 잠시 이동속도 증가 효과를 받는다.

Q
잔여물 가르기 Remnant Cleaver 도끼를 던진다. 움직임과 능력치를 변경하며, 적중 시 출혈을 15초 동안 가한다.
	쿨타임: 회수 후 8초
	썩은 자의 속도가 약간 느려지며 도끼를 조준한다. 한 번 더 사용 시, 잠시 자리에 멈추어 도끼를 조준한 위치로 던진다. 도끼를 생존자에게 적중할 시, 즉시 20의 피해를 입히고, 15초 동안 출혈 효과를 부여한다. 도끼를 던져 도끼가 없을 경우, 썩은 자의 이동속도와 스태미나 소모량이 증가하고 평타 데미지가 줄어든다. 그리고 곰 덫 능력이 비명으로 대체된다. 도끼는 일정 시간이 지나거나, 도끼와의 상호작용으로 다시 재장착할 수 있다.

곰 덫 Beartrap 사람들을 기절시킬 수 있는 덫을 놓는다. 최대 3개의 덫만 놓을 수 있으며, 8초 동안 기절시킨다.
	쿨타임: 2.5초, 도끼 회수 후 8초
	썩은 자가 1.5초 동안 자신의 위치에 덫을 설치한다. 덫은 최대 3개만 설치할 수 있으며, 누군가 덫을 밟거나, 제거하여 없애기 전까진 더 이상 새로운 덫을 설치할 수 없다. 생존자가 덫을 밟을 시 15의 피해를 입히고, 발이 걸려 8초 동안 움직이지 못하게 된다. 또한 주변에 썩은 자가 있을 경우, 위치를 노출하게 된다. 덫은 생존자가 상호작용해 제거할 수 있다. 덫을 제거하는 중에는 위치가 표시되며, 중간에 끊을 시 덫에 걸린다. 덫에 걸린 생존자를 가까이 다가가 상호작용해 풀어줄 수 있으며, 이 때는 공격을 받아도 끊기지 않는다.[1]

비명 Scream 모든 생존자의 위치를 공개하고, 25 스태미나를 회복한다. 능력을 돌진으로 변경한다.
	쿨타임: 5초, 사용 이후 돌진으로 변경, 돌진 사용 후 12초.
	도끼가 없을 때 사용할 수 있다. 썩은 자가 자리에 잠시 멈추어 큰 비명을 지른다. 모든 생존자들의 위치를 5초 동안 노출시키며, 자신의 스태미나를 25만큼 회복한다. 생존자들에게 거리에 비례해 실명 효과와 청각장애 효과를 부여한다.[2]

돌진 Charge 앞으로 돌진해 눈앞에 있는 생존자를 잡는다. 현재 체력의 40%만큼의 피해를 입힌다.
	쿨타임: 4초, 사용 이후 비명으로 변경.
	비명 능력을 사용한 후 사용할 수 있다. 썩은 자가 빠르게 스태미나를 소모하며 돌진한다. 생존자와 접촉할 시 생존자를 붙잡으며, 생존자에게 비명을 질러 현재 체력에 40%만큼의 피해를 입히고, 측면으로 내동댕이 쳐 2초 동안 래그돌 상태로 만든다. 래그돌 상태의 생존자를 공격 시 고정으로 5의 피해를 입힌다.

3. 평가

기본기가 충실한 애니매트로닉스. 리턴이 확실한 덫과 현재 체험 내 유일한 원거리 공격인 도끼 투척을 사용한 변수 창출 능력이 뛰어나다. 또한 비명의 실명 효과로 생존자를 교란시킬 수 있으며, 돌진 스킬로 빠르게 거리를 좁혀 피해를 입힐 수 있다.

단점은 스테미나가 70으로 굉장히 적기 때문에 일반적인 추격전에선 생존자를 절대 따라 잡을 수가 없다. 여기에 더해 순간적으로 거리를 좁힐 수 있는 스킬이 돌진을 제외하면 아예 없기 때문에 루핑에 매우 치명적이다. 물론 이를 카운터할 수 있는 덫이 존재하나, 덫을 까는 동안 생존자는 그냥 다른 장소로 이동해서 루핑을 이어가면 되기 때문에 완전히 카운터할 수 있는 것도 아니다. 특히 한 구간에서 루핑을 하는 게 아니라 아예 맵을 전체적으로 계속 돌면서 루핑을 하면 정말 손도 못 쓸 정도로 약해지는데, 루핑 범위가 아예 맵 전체이기 때문에 덫으로도 커버가 불가능하다.

결론적으로 루핑에는 치명적이만 스킬들을 통한 변수 창출 능력은 확실한 트래핑 형식의 킬러이다.
