1. 개요
페르시아어: ای ایران (Ey Irân)이란의 준(準) 국가.
정식 국가로 채택된 곡은 아니지만, 이란 혁명 이전이나 이후에나 반쯤 국가처럼 쓰이는 곡이다. 이란 혁명 이후에는 이란 이슬람 공화국 국가가 국가로 쓰인다.
2. 역사
제2차 세계 대전 당시 이란은 페르시아 침공으로 1941년 연합국에게 점령당하게 된다. Ey Iran 작곡가와 작사가는 나라의 비참한 상황과 군 막사에서 휘날리는 연합군의 깃발을 보고 영감을 얻게 된다. 이후 이란인과 영국 군인 2명이 충돌하는 것을 보면서 노래를 작곡하기로 결정했다.이 곡이 1944년에 발표된 이후 비공식적으로 이란의 애국가[2]로 항상 사용되었다. 팔라비 왕조 시대에도 팔라비 왕조의 국가가 따로 있었지만 대부분의 사람들은 여전히 Ey Iran을 좋아했다.
오늘날에도 내/외부의 이란 야당 단체는 현재 이란 이슬람 공화국 국가를 이란의 상징인 "국가"로 인정하지 않으며 모든 모임과 행사에서 "Ey Irân"을 국가를 사용한다. 즉, 이란인들은 월드컵이나 올림픽 등 공식적인 상황에서는 공식 국가를 사용하지만, 일상에서는 Ey Iran을 애국가로 사용한다.
